The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205 for the following application:
Application from Triangulum Associates for approval of a Modification to the Approved Special Exception – Requesting to add outside patio dining and additional interior seating for the table service restaurant (Minami Restaurant) located at 519 Heritage Road, Map 28, Block 77, Lot 2; Zone B-3.
The Statement of Use requesting to add outside patio dining and additional interior seating for the Minami Restaurant is available for inspection in the Planning Office.
The land is bounded on the North by land N/F RNL. LLC; on the East by land N/F Heritage Road; on the South by land N/F Heritage Village Foundation; and on the West by land N/F Heritage Village.
At this hearing interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
