The Planning Commission will continue a public hearing on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205 for the following application:
Continued: Application of Cornerstone Assembly of God (Gerard Smith – applicant) for approval of a Special Exception & Site Plan Application – Change of building use from a Bank to a Church located at 1570 Southford Road, Map 54, Block 12, Lot 1; Zone B1-B.
The Site Plans entitled “NAUGATUCK VALLEY SAVING AND LOAN, 1570 Southford Road, Drawing No. A104, prepared by Bennett Sullivan Associates, dated April 18, 2005 AND NAUGATUCK VALLEY SAVINGS AND LOAN, Southford and Quaker Farms Roads, Septic Plan, Drawing No.2 of 5, prepared by Civil 1, dated April 14, 2005” are available for inspection in the Planning Office.
The land is bounded on the North and East by land N/F Route 67; on the East by land N/F Eight Mile Brook; on the South by land N/F NA 79 Quaker Farms Road; on the West by land N/F Quaker Farms Road and land N/F He Is Holy Enterprise, LLC.
At this hearing interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
