At a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to approve a Special Exception & Site Plan application for the Cornerstone Assembly of God to be located at 1570 Southford Road for a building change of use from a Bank to a Church (administrative offices); subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to approve a Special Exception & Site Plan Modification application for the Minami Restaurant located at 519 Heritage Road to add outside dining and additional interior seating; subject to conditions and administrative requirements.
