At a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 the Southbury Inland Wetlands Commission took the following actions:
APPROVED AND PUBLIC HEARING CLOSED: 280 Jeremy Swamp Road, Linda Beluli (applicant). The commission determined that the necessary corrective actions were completed and that the violation has been rectified. Silt fence was installed and dead tree was cut with the stump left in place. The area of disturbance has since been stabilized. The new site plan was received and approved by the Inland-Wetlands Commission.
