At a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to approve a Site Plan Modification application for Playhouse Corner Assoc., Inc. located at Playhouse Corner, 77 Main Street North for additional directional signage; subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to recommend denial to the Board of Selectmen for a request to donate land to the Town of Southbury at 853 Fish Rock Road (Arcuri).
