At a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 the Southbury Inland Wetlands Commission took the following actions:
APPROVED AND CLOSED THE SHOW-CAUSE HEARING FOR:
179 West Flat Hill Road, Map-Block-Lot: 71-91-3ER Mr. Peter Hecht (owner)
181 West Flat Hill Road, Map-Block-Lot: 9-91-2ER Mr. Thomas Hecht (owner)
177 West Flat Hill Road, Map-Block-Lot: 7-91-P14A: Mr. Peter Hecht (owner)
Applicant/Owners will submit a new application under Maintenance and Restoration elaborating the scope of work to be done.
Commissioner Spencer moved to close the show-cause hearing under the condition of the new application be submitted by the owner by the next Commission meeting. Commissioner Lesch seconded the motion. All were in favor. Motion closed.
