At their Regular Meeting on Tuesday, October 10th, 2023, the Southbury Inland Wetlands Commission took the following actions:
- APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS: Application #1721: 105 Lakemere Drive, Susanne Hooper (applicant). Seeking approval for the demolition of the house and garage. Grading and stabilizing the lot after demolition.
- APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS: Application #1722: North Georges Hill Road & 183 Willow Creek Estates Drive, Jill Sloane (applicant). Seeking approval for the re-subdivision of Lot numbers 8; 9; 10; 11 of previously approved plan in 2007 under PDD#19. Approval needed for activities associated with house construction including grading, septic, well and soil erosion controls of the regulated area.
- APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS: Application #1723: 122 Pine Rock Road, Chris Schwenger (applicant). Seeking approval to replace and slightly extend the 50 year old antiquated and unsafe deck on the property in the rear of the home. Additionally fix the area around the deck to prevent erosion. Detail plans for the deck provided.
