Application of Southbury Farms LLC for approval of a Re-Subdivision of Willow Creek Estates (PDD#19), Lots 8-9-10-11 (currently 1 parcel) on 183 Willow Creek Estates Drive.
The Plans entitled “WILLOW CREEK ESTATES, RE-SUBDIVISION LOTS 8-9-10-11, 183 WILLOW CREEK ESTATES DRIVE, SOUTHBURY, CT PREPARED FOR SOUTHBURY FARM LLC” dated 09-06-2023 and prepared by Dymar Engineers & Surveyors are available for inspection in the Planning Office.
The land is bounded on the North by N/F Southbury Farms LLC; on the East by land N/F Southbury Farms LLC; on the South by land N/F Town of Soutbury; on the Southwest by land N/F Sabit & Arta Vrzivoli; on the West by land N/F Paul Marino; on the Northwest by land N/F Robert Obed Barberi, Jr.
