The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205 for the following application:
Application of Alaska Company (Julie Hunt – applicant) for approval of a Special Exception Application – Change of building use from retail service (vacant) to a takeout coffee shop with retail, located at 586 Main Street South, Map 29B, Block 80, Lot 2; Zone B-2B.
The Site Plans entitled “ALASKA COMPANY, Southbury-Julie, prepared by Galleria Dream Kitchen and Bath, dated February 15, 2023 containing 14 pages” are available for inspection in the Planning Office.
The land is bounded on the north by land N/F Howard Parsell, Jr.; on the east and south by land N/F Main Street South; on the west by land N/F Howard Parsell Jr.
At this hearing interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
