The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205 for the following application:
Application of Alaska Company (Julie Hunt – applicant) for approval of a Special Exception Application – Change of building use from retail service to a retail store, located at 586 Main Street South, Map 29B, Block 80, Lot 2; Zone B-2B.
Site Plans entitled “ALASKA COMPANY, Southbury as prepared by Julie Hunt will be available for inspection in the Planning Office.
The land is bounded on the north by land N/F Howard Parsell, Jr.; on the east and south by land N/F Main Street South; on the west by land N/F Howard Parsell Jr.
At this hearing interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
