At a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following action:
VOTED to recommend to the Board of Selectmen acceptance of the donation of property from William Schaeffer/Berkshire Estates – Map 20A, Block 10, Lots 28-32; subject to administrative requirements.
