DECISIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
At a regular meeting on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to approve a Special Exception, SPYNE Pilates Studio, 77 Main Street North (Unit 204); subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to approve the Northpoint Ridge Subdivision (3 lots) located at 75 Bucks Hill Road with frontage on both Bucks Hill Road and Main Street North, Map 33/Block 23/ Lot 12A; subject to conditions and administrative requirements.
VOTED to forward a favorable recommendation to the Board of Selectmen for an 8-24 Referral request to approve a Banner Program (Hometown Heroes) as sponsored by the VFW along Main Street South.
VOTED to approve release of a Fire – Water Storage Tank Bond for the Lum Lot Woods Subdivision (Lum Lot Road).
