DECISIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
At a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to recommend the request by the Southbury Police Assoc. for placement of a wooden memorial bench in memory of Linda Leigh to the Board of Selectmen; subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to approve a Lot Line Revision – Cameros, 76 Berkshrie Rd (MBL: 20B/30/13-16) and 88 Berkshire Rd (MBL: 20B/30/9-12, 22) “Berkshire Estates”; subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to approve a Lot Line Revision – Beecher, 290 Holly Hill Lane (MBL: 37/48/5LB) and 216 Holly Hill Lane (MBL: 37/48/4LB) “Ledgebrook Estates”; subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to forward a favorable response to the Zoning Commission 8-3a(b) referral – PDD#19 Willow Creek Estates, Text Amendment & Site Plan Modification adding a garage (32 ft. X 64 ft.) to the property.
