DECISIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
At a regular meeting on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to approve the Site Plan Modification for canopy signage (Citgo Gas Station) located at 56 Main Street South; subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to approve a Site Plan Modification for outdoor patio seating (Sake Asian Fusion Restaurant), 730-A Main Street South; subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED and passed unanimously to approve 90-day extension for filing of Mylar Map – Northpoint Ridge Subdivision, 75 Bucks Hill Road; subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to approve a Lot Line Revision – Brinley, 221 Old Field Rd (MBL: 29/63/3) and 255 Old Field Rd (MBL: 29/68/3A) Gainfield Golf Course; subject to administrative requirements.
