Today’s Memorial Day Parade WILL take place as scheduled. The Parade will kick-off at 11 AM sharp. The parade will begin at the Pomperaug Office Park parking lot, located across from CVS, Depot Hill Road, continuing down Main Street South, and ending at the Veterans Memorial Green, located between the Town Hall and the Senior Center/Park & Recreation Offices. Main Street South between Depot Hill Rd and the Senior Center will be closed to traffic during the parade.
The Ceremony will take place inside, around 12:00 pm, at the Senior Center/Parks and Recreation building, 561 Main Street South.
The Picnic at Ballantine Park is cancelled.
