DECISIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
At a regular meeting on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to forward a positive referral recommendation to the Board of Selectmen (8-24 Referral) – Gateway Sign Program as proposed by the Economic Development Commission contingent that the placement of the proposed Exit 15 sign be located at the corners of Main Street North and Main Street South.
VOTED unanimously to approve Lot Line Revision – 254 Tuttle Road, MBL: 46/5/S2 and 204 Reservoir Road, MBL: 46-5-S1, (Tuttle Hill Estates Subdivision); subject to administrative requirements.
