- Application #24-210-Z: PDD# 8: Modification of Detailed Plans – 775 Main Street South, Southbury, CT 06488. Greenskies Clean Focus (applicant). Seeking approval to new rooftop PV system being installed on an existing commercial building. Site plan provided with this application.
- Application # 24-243-Z: PDD# 18: Text Amendment and Modification of Detailed Plans - 100 Main Street North, South Haven Associates LLC. Southbury, CT 06488. Mr. Ansis Bergs (representing applicant). Seeking approval to add two panels to the existing pylon sign that will not change in existing condition. Additionally, looking to move the location of the two signs on the west side of the building to be more in line with the approved center sign location in height. Site plan provided with this application.
