The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South, Room 205, at 7:00 p.m. for the following application:
- Application # 24-185-Z: 154 Eagle View Road, Mr. & Mrs. Steve and Maria Rountos (applicants/owners) applying for a Variance of Section 13 (13.6) to zoning regulations. Seeking approval to install a 14 x 28 feet in-ground pool encroaching on the property setbacks. Site plan provided with this application.
- Application # 24-204-Z: 407 South Britain Road (applicant/owner) applying for a Variance of Section 13 (13.6) to zoning regulations to construct an 8 x 8 feet deck with stairs to grade on an existing non-conforming structure. Does not encroach on adjoining properties. And to improve the overall look of the property. Site plan provided with this application.
