ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
PUBLIC HEARING

The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South, Room 205, at 7:00 p.m. for the following application:

  1. Application # 24-185-Z: 154 Eagle View Road, Mr. & Mrs. Steve and Maria Rountos (applicants/owners) applying for a Variance of Section 13 (13.6) to zoning regulations. Seeking approval to install a 14 x 28 feet in-ground pool encroaching on the property setbacks. Site plan provided with this application.
  2. Application # 24-204-Z: 407 South Britain Road (applicant/owner) applying for a Variance of Section 13 (13.6) to zoning regulations to construct an 8 x 8 feet deck with stairs to grade on an existing non-conforming structure. Does not encroach on adjoining properties. And to improve the overall look of the property. Site plan provided with this application.

At this hearing, interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
