TOWN OF SOUTHBURY
DECISIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION

At a regular meeting on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:

VOTED to approve the Site Plan Modification (Heritage Village Masters Assoc.) for installation of three (3) EV charging stations in Heritage Village; subject to administrative requirements.

VOTED to approve a 90-day extension for the filing of Mylar map – Northpoint Ridge Subdivision, 75 Bucks Hill Road, subject to administrative requirements.

VOTED to forward to the Board of Selectmen (8-24 Referral) a recommendation to accept donated property from the Pomperaug Social Club located on Pequot Trail (Berkshire Estates), Map 19B/Block 63/Lots 1-4, 38; subject to administrative requirements.

VOTED to forward a recommendation of denial to the Board of Selectmen (8-24 Referral) of a request to donate land to the Town of Southbury by LaBonne-Mangravite, Map 20A/Block 25/Lots 21-25; as reasons so stated.

VOTED to forward a favorable recommendation to the Board of Selectmen (8-24 Referral) for the purchase of Town of Southbury by Warner for property located on South Flat Hill Road, Map 13/Block 92/Lots M32-39; Map 13/Block 92/Lots M63-70; Map 13/Block 92 Lots 40-49.
