The Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 13th, 2024 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South, Room 205, at 7:30 p.m. for the following application:
- Application # 24-288-Z: PDD# 17: Modification of Detailed Plans – 466 Heritage Road, Unit #B-1, Southbury, CT 06488. Heritage Eagle LLC. – 464 Heritage Road (owner). Mr. Ashoka Salien representing VP Restaurants LLC. (applicant). Seeking approval to add additional seating to the restaurant space for roughly 25 dining patrons. Site plan provided with this application.
- Application # 24-292-Z: PDD# 8: Modification of Detailed Plans – 775 Main Street South, Southbury, CT 06488. Southbury 84 Association Limited Partnership (owner). Mr. Ryan Balavender for ANB-PTSMA Holdings, Inc. (applicant). Seeking approval for change of use. Previously a pet store, change business use to outpatient physical therapy. Site plan provided with application.
