SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
TOWN OF SOUTHBURY
November 7, 2024 – 7:00 p.m.
Notice is hereby given to the electors of the Town of Southbury and those qualified to vote at a Town Meeting that a Special Town Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205 A of the Southbury Town Hall to consider and act upon a Resolution of official intent to reimburse expenditures from the proceeds of tax-exempt obligations for the planning, design, reconstruction, repair and replacement of roads, bridges, drainage and other infrastructure and facilities damaged in connection with the August 2024 storm in the maximum of $91,000,000 and authorizing an appropriation of up to $6,000,000 from the General fund for such expenses.
