DECISIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
At a regular meeting on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to approve a Special Exception for the Chabad Jewish Center of Oxford, located at 1450 Southford Road (Suites L1 & L2) for church use and administrative office, subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to approve a Site Plan Modification for the AM Coffee & Company, located at 220 Main Street South for the revision of increase to the seating area, subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to forward a favorable recommendation to the Zoning Commission 8-3a (b) Referral – PDD#8 Southbury Green, 775 Main Street South (Text Amendment for signage).
VOTED to forward a negative recommendation to the Zoning Commission 8-3a (b) Referral – Petition to amend the B1-A and R-30 boundary zones for property located at 33 Burma Road (MBL: 54-28-1).
