Region 15 invites community members to a three-part Community Conversation series on the future of Gainfield (GES) and Pomperaug (PES) Elementary Schools. As part of the ongoing GES-PES Feasibility Study, these discussions will provide the opportunity for residents to share feedback on options for renovating, expanding, constructing a new building, or consolidating into a new build, the district’s two oldest schools, which require significant repairs.
Each session will focus on different stages of the planning process—from assessing current conditions and big-picture ideas to initial options and next steps.
Community engagement is a vital part of this process, ensuring attendees can voice their priorities and provide valuable feedback on the direction of these potential projects that best serve the Region 15 community. Please note that district staff meetings and municipal meetings will be held separately.
