Town Grounds Maintenance
The Outside Properties Division is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the parks system and its facilities. They are similarly entrusted with the upkeep of the grounds associated with municipal buildings as well as the care of public greens or commons and the maintenance and preparation of athletic playing fields.
