Appointments for Fingerprinting Services

Prior to making an appointment for fingerprints at the Southbury Police Department, you MUST first complete the State of Connecticut's Pre-Enrollment. After completing the Pre-Enrollment, return to this page to schedule a fingerprint appointment. Appointments cannot be made without first completing the Pre-Enrollment.

To register for Pre-Enrollment, please visit https://ct.flexcheck.us.idemia.io/cchrspreenroll. For Pistol Permit Applicants, the service code required will be given to you when submitting your application (Form DPS-799-C) to the Records Department. (Service codes for employment must be obtained from the employer.)

• After entering the Service Code, confirm the Fingerprint Reason by selecting the “Yes – This information looks Correct” option.
• Complete the Pre-Enrollment information as completely as possible. All fields in bold font/blue highlight are mandatory to move forward with the process. Please ensure all information is entered correctly (note that the form asks for the last name first). If submitted incorrectly, you will need to redo the pre-enrollment and pay the fees again.
• After filling out all applicable fields, move to the next section by selecting the “Submit Pre-Enrollment” button at the bottom of the screen.
• After completing the pre-enrollment steps, a confirmation screen will appear confirming registration is complete, including your Applicant Tracking Number. This Tracking Number will need to be taken to your fingerprinting session. It will also be sent to the e-mail address you provided during registration.

Please make sure you have completed the Pre-Enrollment and have your Applicant Tracking Number* available before proceeding to schedule your appointment.

The Applicant Tracking Number can only be obtained by completing the Pre-Enrollment at https://ct.flexcheck.us.idemia.io/cchrspreenroll.
