On Saturday, January 10, 2026 from 1-2:30pm in person in the Kingsley Room, join us for a workshop about planting native plants.
Join Southbury Land Trust in a free Native Plant Winter Seed Sowing workshop. We will explore the importance of native plants in our landscapes, and learn more about the fabulous native plant varieties available.
You must bring plastic gloves (dishwashing type), and clean, one-gallon milk jugs and/or half-gallon orange juice or milk paper cartons. SLT will provide the seeds and soil.
Like all Southbury Public Library programs, this program is free to attend and open to anyone regardless of town of residency. This program is sponsored by the Southbury Land Trust..
