Join us and explore the uses of honey. Learn how and why to cook with and its benefits. Learn why honey is a preferred ingredient when making marinades, bar-b-q- sauces and hot sauces. Learn how honey balances the palette of certain foods. There is a small food demonstration demonstrating how can balance the taste of certain food products
Catherine Wolko is the owner of the Humble Bee Honey Company. She is a second generation Beekeeper and member of The Connecticut Farm Bureau, Eastern Apicultural Society, The American Beekeeping Federation, and The Backyard Beekeepers Association.
