On Monday, November 25, 2019 from 6:30-8:30pm, in the Kingsley Room, join us for this special installment of the Bozzuto Civics Lecture Series with Senator Joseph Lieberman.
Learn more about the United States party system and the differences between working in state and federal government. Senator Lieberman will discuss the role of bipartisanship in his career, and how camaraderie between the two parties led to great partnerships.
Now Senior Counsel at the law firm of Kasowitz, Benson, Torres LLP in New York, Joseph I. Lieberman was for 24 years a member of the U.S. Senate from Connecticut. In 2000 he was the Democratic candidate for Vice President of the United States. Senator Lieberman also serves on the board of several nonprofit organizations including the McCain Institute.
