2/6/2020 - "Alice’s Ordinary People" Screening on March 10. 2020

On Tuesday, March 10, 2020 from 6:00-8:00pm in the Kingsley Room, join us for a special screening and discussion of this documentary on civil rights activist Alice Tregay.

Join us for this informative and enlightening documentary about civil rights activist Alice Tregay and her remarkable story of ordinary people effecting change. From Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s marches to the election of President Barack Obama, Alice Tregay has left a lasting impact on civil rights activism. There will be an introduction given by filmmaker Craig Dudnick, and a Q&A session after the screening.

Like all Southbury Public Library programs, this presentation is free to attend and open to anyone regardless of town of residency.
