Toni Morrison, the granddaughter of a slave, is an American writer, best known for Beloved and the first African-American woman to receive the Nobel Prize for Literature. We will celebrate her life with this lecture of her achievements.
Toni McKeen is a popular lecturer in the tri-state area. She presents a wide variety of programs on travel destinations around the world, as well as prominent artists throughout history. She is also a well-known local genealogist, and has been conducting research on her family for the last 30 years. McKeen has been teaching genealogy classes in Ridgefield, CT for the last 14 years.
