Food Explorers Online: Veggie Lasagna Soup – Wednesday, February 2 at 5:30 pm live on Zoom. Join the Registered Dietitians from Food Explorers to make a warm and cozy dinner. We're making Veggie Lasagna Soup! You'll need to following ingredients: 1 onion, garlic, 1 (one) 15 oz. can of diced tomatoes, 1 (one) 15 oz. jar of tomato sauce, 4 cups vegetable broth, lasagna noodles, parmesan cheese, and optional ingredients such as spinach, ricotta cheese, and dried oregano.

Participants will receive a Zoom link and credentials the morning of the program. Recommended for ages 7 & up. Registration required.
