The Southbury Public Library invites interested teens in Grades 6-12 to join us for our in person cooking class to make “Cowboy Caviar” Bean Dip and Homemade Tortilla Chips on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 from 4-5pm in the Kingsley Room of the Southbury Public Library.
Join us in person to make Cowboy Caviar (a delicious blend of tomatoes, beans, avocado, corn and peppers with a zingy dressing) and baked tortilla chips for dipping. This recipe will be nut free and each teen will make their own portion, with no minimal sharing of ingredients or equipment. Space is limited and registration required. Learn more and register on the library’s website at www.southburylibrary.org/events.
