On Saturday, February 11th, 2023 from 1-2:30pm in the Kingsley Room, join us for a musical experience with pianist Matthew Fishteyn.
Join us for a musical trip featuring Matthew on piano. Matthew takes his inspiration from exposure to different musical thinking, thus possessing their very own creative language based in Americana. Explore American music down the Mississippi River to the Bayou and back to Appalachia, with a mixture of blues, ragtime, swing, country, rock n roll, gospel, classical, and new interpretations.
Matthew Fishteyn is a multi-talented performer. An award-winning composer, pianist, and guitarist, Fishteyn seamlessly switches from jazz to rock'n roll and transforms his musical performance into a more personal and interactive experience. His repertoire in both composing and performing make a program that is not to be missed
