The Southbury Public Library invites interested 6th-12th Graders to join us for a class to Learn to Play the Ukulele from 2-3pm on Friday, July 14, 2023 in the Kingsley Room of the Southbury Public Library.
Want to try an instrument that is fun and easy to play? Join Julie Stepanek as she shows the fundamentals of ukulele playing, which you really can learn in an hour! No experience necessary. Ukuleles provided, though if you already have one you are welcome to bring it.
Julie Stepanek is a musician and teacher from Western Massachusetts. She travels around New England teaching ukulele and performing.
