The Southbury Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205 of the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South on the following:
2022 Plan of Conservation and Development as revised to December 2022. The Plan incorporates Plan Maps of recommended land use, circulation, public facilities, and open space as well as photographs from around town. The Plan is a guide for land use and community character and facilities with the next 10 to 15 years in view. The draft is available for inspection in the Land Use Office, the Town Clerk’s Office, the Town’s Library, and the Town web site (www.southbury-ct.org/POCD).
