This year, as we celebrate our Nation's 250 Birthday, we honor our FIRST VETERANS, those who followed George Washington, who took up arms against England to fight for our new developing country. Therefore, we invite ALL PARTICIPANTS to dress in 1776 fashion to commemorate the founding of our country. We are suggesting a simple hat or long dress for the ladies, a tricorn hat, vest and knee breeches for the men. Come and be a part of this one-time celebration for our country. This is Southbury's time to show our patriotism to America as so many gave their lives fighting for her. So, let's do it BIG!
