Thank you for your patience as we roll out the application a little later than usual this year. We are happy to announce the first day for Pavilion rental will be June 6th. Applications are now available for download or pick up at our office.
Southbury resident applications will be accepted on Monday, April 13th at 8:30am, applications will be accepted for non-residents starting on Monday, April 20th also at 8:30am.

All dates are first-come-first-served and requests will be held for 24 business hours before being released. Processing fees must be received in this 24 hour window to be secured. Applications that are dropped off overnight will be processed after in-person and phone applicants.
