12/8/2021 - Vaccine and Booster Clinics on December 12 and December 19, 2021

The Pomperaug Health District, in partnership with Griffin Hospital, has scheduled two COVID-19 vaccine and booster clinics on Sundays, December 12 and December 19, 2021 at the Parks and Recreation building, 561 Main Street South in Southbury. Appointments at https://newmilford.as.me/COVID-19-Clinic.

Vaccine clinics will also be held in Woodbury (December 12 & 19) and Oxford (December 11).
