Back by popular demand! A unique approach to a traditional yoga class. Children will learn and apply calming strategies to help them navigate through challenges at school and in life.

Classes will be held at South Britain Congregational Meeting House, 693 South Britain Rd, Southbury, CT 06488.

• Renew Kid’s Yoga | Ages 5-11 - Register by 9/4
  • Sundays, 9/10-10/29 | 5:00pm-5:45pm
  • Mondays, 9/11-10/30 | 5:30pm-6:15pm
