Whether you are an experienced player or new to the sport, please join us for the FUNdamentals of field hockey! We welcome all abilities, girls and boys, to try or prefect their field hockey skills. The program and curriculum are a part of the USA field hockey FUNdamentals program and is sponsored by Pomperaug Youth Field Hockey.
Spring Field Hockey will take place at Settlers Park (359 Crook Horn Rd) and be coached by Darren Smallhorn currently the Founder & Owner of DELTA Field Hockey, former US Men's National Team athlete.
Summer Field Hockey Camp will take place at Pomperaug High School (234 Judd Rd) and be coached by Jessica Reed Roach, a former DI athlete, and collegiate coach at the DI and DIII levels.
Participants will need to bring their own shin guards and a mouth guard. Trial sticks/equipment will be available for beginners!!
