Panther Prep Volleyball
Join the Pomperaug Volleyball Community to learn from our very own High School Team and their coach! Participants will learn volleyball skills such as bump, set, serve, and spike, as well as basic rotation and strategy. High school volleyball team members will be present as assistant coaches to ensure participants have access to one on one coaching to bolster existing skills as well as welcome new players

Bump! Set! Spike!
Join long-time coach Daniela Walsh and learn to Bump! Set! Spike! Each athlete will be given feedback individually from instructors who have competed in High School and Division I College level.
This co-ed program is for all levels of players ages 10-14 and is designed to help volleyball athletes develop skills and play tournament style games.
Class will be held at Settlers Park, 280 Crook Horn Rd, Southbury, CT 06488.

Adult Volleyball Games
Join us this spring AND summer for outdoor volleyball! Adults 15+ will gather together weekly, create new teams, and play games. Teams will be re-made each week to encourage a spirit of collaboration and teamwork.
