All our programs are for all levels of players ages 10 & up and are designed to help volleyball athletes develop skills and play tournament style games – and have FUN!
Programs will be held at Settlers Park, 280 Crook Horn Rd, Southbury, CT 06488. Meet at the courts near the gazebo.
Adult Co-Ed Volleyball
Play outdoor volleyball this summer on grass courts!! Adults 18+ will gather together weekly, create new teams, and play games. Teams will be re-made each week to encourage a spirit of collaboration and teamwork.
Bump! Set! Spike!
Join long-time coach Daniela Walsh and learn to Bump! Set! Spike! This co-ed program is targeted for the Beginner to Intermediate player to learn the fundamentals of passing, setting, hitting, and serving through game-based drills and daily scrimmages. Each athlete will be given feedback individually from instructors who have competed in High School and Division I College level.

Competitive Leagues
Come together each week to create new teams in these exciting competitive leagues!
Middle School Co-Ed Competitive League
This volleyball league for advanced 7-9th grade students is ideal for pre-high schoolers to sharpen their volleyball skills, by competing weekly in a competitive, fun and familiar environment with their peers.
Teams will get re-sorted weekly. Coach Daniela Walsh will offer suggestions and constructive feedback for these athletes to maximize their volleyball talent. Ten-minute warm up drills simulating HS level mobility will reinforce basic skills on a weekly basis.

Competitive Co-Ed League
This volleyball league is designed for student-athletes to continue competitive play weekly through the summer in a fun, familiar, and LOCAL setting. Designed to complement elite training or provide stand alone competition with other local high school or college athletes.
