28th Annual Southbury Celebration took place on October 3, 2026 at Lake Stibbs Field at Southbury Training School. The annual event is co-sponsored by the Town of Southbury and the Southbury Training School, and organized by the Southbury Celebration Committee, with help from Parks and Recreation Department, Buildings and Grounds Department, Fire Marshal and First Selectman's Offices.
Southbury Celebration 2026 committee members are Meghan Lennon (secretary), James Clark, First Selectman Tim O’Neil, Steve Schnell (vice-chair) and Brian M. Jones (chair). The event’s MC and Parks and Recreation Commissioner is Jim Tornatore.
