This 106 acre property contains miles of interlocking trails which makes this perfect for hikers, cross country skiers and nature lovers. The land was purchased by the town for open space from the Platt family. Parking is available to the rear of the farm off of Flood Bridge Road and the other entrance is located at 424 Old Poverty Road. Dogs are allowed in this park but they must be on a leash.

These areas are regulated by Southbury ordinances. Carry in, carry out garbage. Parks are open from sunrise to sunset. No camping. No alcoholic beverages. No motorized vehicles (including ATVs, snow mobiles). No hunting, no trapping. No removal or destruction of plants, etc. or other damage to the parks. Dogs on a leash at all times are allowed. To keep the trails safe and clean for other hikers and walkers, please pick up after your dog. Thank you.
