Mission/General Information
Building Code Board of Appeals consists of five members having the qualifications required in the General Statutes. The function of the board is to hear appeals to the decision of the Building Official in regards to methods, materials and code interpretation. Three members or two members shall be appointed for terms of four years on a rotating basis as terms expire.
