Fraud Alert Service

Fraud Alert allows property owners to sign up and receive email alerts whenever a document, such as a deed or mortgage, is recorded under their name in the Southbury Town Clerk's office.

Here's how users can sign up:

1. Go to https://searchiqs.com/fraudalert?CC=CTSBURY, enter your email and names to be alerted on (up to 3)
2. Check your email and click a link confirming your sign-up
3. You will then receive email alerts for any documents that are recorded in the future

Please note there may be other property owners in the town that share the same name.
