1/7/2025 - Building and Land Use Permit Fee Waivers for Storm-Related Repair Work End January 17, 2025

Property owners who experienced damage during the August 2024 flood and require a municipal permit in order to conduct repairs to their homes, properties, or infrastructure, will need to submit applications to the applicable department on or before January 17, 2025, in order to be eligible for permit fees to be waived.

After January 17, 2025, any Zoning, Inland Wetlands or Building application for flood damage repairs will require the full permit fee amount.
